In the early days of Silver Works Maddy could be found teaching all of the workshops, and running the shop, back to back for nearly 2 years.But by the time she was nine months pregnant with her second child, after many long evenings and weekends, she decided to step back from teaching for a while. Now, she only hops in during emergencies! These days, Maddy spends her time creating—designing new workshops, developing kits, scouting new locations, organising pop-ups, and, in her spare time, working on her own jewellery range, shown below. Her passion for jewellery and jewellery-making has never faded, and her mission is to inspire everyone to share her obsession with this craft. She’s often found catching up with her amazing team, brainstorming wild ideas, and wholeheartedly pouring herself into every project.
