Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I store my luggage while i do my workshop?

We don’t recommend coming straight from a flight in case of delays and that you will have luggage with you, our buildings don’t have a luggage storage facility and out workshops are small therefore cannot fit extra baggage, Please store your luggage at your hotel or at a local luggage storage facility – see more information here

  • Is the venue accessible

Unfortunately, no. As both of our studios are located in very old and beautiful period buildings, we have lots of stairs and are therefore not accessible for people with impaired mobility.

  • *My child is under the age of 16, can they attend the workshop?

Anyone aged between 10 and 16 years of age, can take part provided they are accompanied by a participating adult over 18 years. Both the child and adult must be booked in prior to the start of the workshop, if an under 16 is booked in without an adult they will not be allowed attend unless we have space to book in a guardian on that workshop and if we are fully booked this may not be the case. Anyone under the age of 10 years old is not allowed access to the workshops due to health and safety precautions.

  • Can I bring someone else (who hasn’t booked) along to the workshop to watch?

Unfortunately, this is not something we can accommodate. Valid ticket holders only will be permitted to the studio. When our workshops are fully booked we only have enough space for the participants that have pre-booked the workshop time slot.

  • What skills do I need?

It depends on the workshop or course. Some are for complete beginners and some are more advanced. Check the individual workshop or course you are interested in for more details.

  • Do I get to keep the jewellery?

Yes! You get to keep everything you make!

  • Where are you based?

We have two locations just four minutes’ walk from each other. 24 Drury Street, Dublin, D02 V658, above our jewellery shop, The Collective, and a second location at 4 South George’s Street, Dublin, D02 NR59. Depending on scheduling, your booking may be moved to our other building, and you will be contacted beforehand if this is the case.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

This varies depending on the workshop or course. Please see our Ts and Cs for the individual classes.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

No, just yourself! We provide aprons and all the relevant equipment.

  • What’s included in my workshop or course?

We provide tea, coffee and chocolate. In all the workshops the materials are included. Some of the longer courses don’t include materials as it is dependent on what you make, but you’ll find a guide to extra expenses on course pages.

  • What age do you need to be?

For most of our shorter workshops you need to be 10+ accompanied by an adult. For our longer workshops and courses you need to be 18+.
