Metal clay is a magical medium that starts out as soft clay that can be shaped and moulded into a unique design, with added initials and textures. When it is fired it turns into real fine silver right before your eyes!
Over the 4 weeks, you will design your own pendant and ring whilst learning how to fire your own pieces. You will have the option to set a cubic zirconia stone into your pendant before firing too! Choose from different textures and stamp an initial onto your pieces to make it unique for you.
Course Structure:
Week 1: Intro to metal clay and charm .
Week 2: Stone setting, flush setting and creating a bezel. Torch firing.
Week 3: Making a ring with a stone setting.
Week 4: Finishing and polishing.

Is the venue accessible
Unfortunately, no. As both of our studios are located in very old and beautiful period buildings, we have lots of stairs and are therefore not accessible for people with impaired mobility.
