Location: Please double-check your booked location (Drury Street or George’s Street). On rare occasions, your workshop may be moved to our other studio, approximately a 4-minute walk away. If this happens, we will email you in advance, so please check your emails before travelling.
Arrival Time: Workshops begin promptly. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or miss your workshop entirely, we cannot offer a refund, transfer, or reschedule to an alternative time slot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund less 10% administration fee. More than 24 hours’ notice: Free date changes (subject to availability). Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund, transfer, or reschedule. After 24 hours from booking, changes are only permitted within the policy terms above.
Group Size: Please only arrive with the number of participants booked. Our workshops are small and we cannot accommodate additional guests, spectators, or companions. We do not have any waiting areas for those not participating in a workshop.
Booking Details: Please ensure you know the name the booking was made under, as this will be required at check-in.
Optional Extras: Extras such as engraving, gold plating, and metal upgrades can be added and paid for during your workshop. This does not apply to Wedding Ring Workshops, where all choices must be finalised at least 2 weeks in advance.
Age Requirements: Minimum age is 10 years for health and safety reasons. Children under 10 are not permitted. Participants aged 10–16 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult with a valid ticket (this does not apply to designated Tweens & Teens Camps). Please check individual workshop descriptions before booking, minimum age for courses is 16 years old. If a participant under 16 arrives without a required participating adult and the workshop is full, we cannot accommodate them and no refund, transfer, or reschedule will be offered.
Travel: We do not recommend booking close to your flight arrival time due to potential delays, queues, and transport disruption that may cause you missing your workshop.
Luggage: We do not have space for luggage storage. Please arrange alternative storage before arriving.
