What will I learn in this workshop
Learn goldsmithing basics hands-on:
Pierce (saw) 3mm sterling silver to make your bangle.
Form and shape the bangle using specialized pliers
File your bangle with various hand files for smoothness.
Texture the bangle using a planishing hammer for finishes.
Learn through demonstration and explanation:
Watch a live soldering demonstration by your instructor.
Observe polishing techniques using a motor for desired finishes.

Yes, we offer a gold plating service. It’s €50 for your bangle. It is a 14-21 day service turnaround. Simply let your teacher know and they will organise this for you.
You will be contacted by text when your bangle is ready for collection. Alternatively, shipping is either an additional €10 (within Ireland) to €15 (outside of Ireland) depending on where you live.
Do you offer a stone-setting service?
Yes you can have stones set in your bangle after the workshop for that added personal touch. Speak to your teacher during the workshop for further details.
Can I use this bangle in your One Day Gem Setting Workshop?
Yes, you could bring your bangle to our follow up one-day gem setting workshop to flush-set your own gemstones for an extra personal touch to your forged creation!
Is the venue accessible
Unfortunately, no. As both of our studios are located in very old and beautiful period buildings, we have lots of stairs and are therefore not accessible for people with impaired mobility.
